Reaction to the Barna text

I tend to misunderstand because of nonverbal misinterpretations and stereotypes.

I have a question that whether the dialects are included in a danger of language differences. In my experience of SEA programme, it is more difficult for me to understand English spoken by Spanish than English spoken by native and Japanese. I needed to ask Spanish to speak repeatedly. They pronounce ‘party’ as ‘palty’ and ‘Edinburgh’ as ‘edinbulgo’, like Spanish language. Also I think that Preconceptions and Stereotypes are serious problem with cultural misunderstanding because I will try to avoid people to whom I have negative image. Moreover they make bigger influence to people who don’t know well the other.
